Open Lands works directly with listing brokers and agents.

While we do not enter into exclusive buyer representation agreements, brokers or agents who find properties previously unknown to our firm and suitable for acquisition are protected. Some agents develop a relationship with our firm whereby they source properties primarily for Open Lands. We encourage such efforts and will do our best to support them.

For Sale by Owner sellers may also contact Open Lands directly. We work with Sellers regularly and believe them to be our greatest reference.
