Thomas
L. Williams began his real estate career in 1965. A graduate
of Penn State University (B.S.), Mr. Williams has personally
acquired, developed and sold several hundred properties throughout
the United States. An avid cattleman, Mr. Williams has also
owned ranches, feedlots, a bull test station, and is a nationally
recognized herd and genetics consultant for many of the nation's
premier Angus cattle breeders. He is a graduate of the historic
Reppert School of Auctioneering, a member of the National Auctioneers
Association and the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) as
well as numerous other real estate organizations. Mr. Williams
resides with his wife, Trudy, in Tulsa, Oklahoma where they
maintain a registered Miniature Horse farm and is a frequent
traveler throughout the United States, South America, Europe,
Australia and New Zealand.
Dean C. Williams is a graduate of Western Illinois
University (B.A., M.A.) and Georgetown University Law School
(J.D.). A licensed real estate Broker in over a dozen states,
he has managed the open space development of approximately twenty
properties encompassing over 100,000 acres. Mr. Williams has
specialized in some of the nation's most notable and historic
land holdings, including Lockheed Martin's Stealth Radar Facility
outside Ft. Worth, TX; the historic Skelly Ranch near Tulsa,
OK; the Cox family's renowned Nine Bar Ranch outside Houston,
TX; and the internationally famous L'Esprit Arabian Horse complex
outside Louisville, KY. As Board Chairman of Open Lands, Inc.
Mr. Williams has spearheaded a national investment strategy
to preserve land with private funds in regions affected by increased
development pressures. A member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma
and American Bar Associations, Mr. Williams resides with his
wife, Angie, and their son, Hank, in Santa Barbara, California
and travels extensively throughout the United States, Europe
and the Caribbean.
