Before an offer is made, Open Lands will have thoroughly evaluated the property, regional land values, demographics and other related issues to determine the property's "market value." In most instances, Open Lands also completes all due diligence, except title work, prior to making an offer. And since we are a cash buyer, with private funds, the Seller can be assured of a guaranteed sale upon acceptance.

Closing

Open Lands has participated in hundreds of acquisitions and realizes that each Seller may have particular needs or desires. We can cooperate with sellers interested in achieving tax, income, charitable or other objectives, as well as schedule the closing from immediately (i.e. 7 days) to extended periods (i.e. 90 days).
